As people's mental and physical health change our dual residential and nursing registration ensures that we will be able to support people if their health deteriorates, meaning that they do not have to go through the upheaval of moving to a different care home. We will continue to work with them and their family to ensure that they are happy with the changes that are necessary to provide the best possible care for them.
